Jago & Litefoot
A continuing series of fantastical ‘infernal investigations’ set in the Baghdad on the Thames atmosphere of Late Victorian London, reuniting Christopher Benjamin and Trevor Baxter as the fruity duo first featured in the 1977 Tom Baker Doctor Who serial, The Talons of Weng-Chiang.
Sapphire & Steel
In this series time is the enemy, a force that tries to break through into every day reality and wreak havoc and our eponymous heroes are elementals tasked with stopping these spooky breakages. Originally a TV series originally shown from 1979 to 1982 with Joanna Lumley and David McCallum as the leads, the audio series was produced from 2005 to 2008 with David Warner and Susannah Harker taking over for a total of 15 new adventures.
Both of these are audio spin-offs of TV dramas produced by Big Finish – for more details of their sterling work, visit their homepage at: www.bigfinish.com
